Good experience for short term

Great View , room size , quite ( far away from traffic ) , staff welling to help anytime , easy parking , great tv service (including Netflix & many other servers )

Poor Internet connection , partitions between rooms are gypsum board so you can hear your neighbors clearly , no cold water its always hot , bathrooms are outdated , You need a car to reach the nearest utility.

Clean and spacious... I would recommend it.

The tub's drainage needs to be fix, I did something to be able to use it and soaked in it. And the AC's controller too.

Disaster. Made mistake choosing this hotel.

Staff in the hotel especially receptionists and cleaner very slow and not good. They took more than 30minutes to check-in & check-out. Facilities were pathetic. Stayed in unclean rooms all the nights. No Towels in bathroom. No Soaps, only Shampoo.

Decant hotel.

Room service cleaning staff, the hotel is good equipped, but it need more attention from management. Quit place. Good stay for families. Near to the sea and plaza walking way. Clear directions to sea front restaurants and Dammam Cornish walk way. It has misk restaurant inside hotel.

Location its far from services , directions not clear yiu should use a updated GPS apo to reach hotel, and apartment maintenance. Its written there is a washing machine, but when I arrived found there is no washing machine in apartment.

The staff are trying their best to help, but not experience.

Rooms furniture are not maintained. No services around the Residence. You have to use your car to reach.

The bed was clean .

The bed was clean .. there was clothes washing machine

The room's walls were not clean .. i could not use my computer on the tv screen .. the tv had only one channel.. the room serves was too slow

The Receptionists are very friendly ( except the arrogant guy who stays there at night shift)

I was surprized that they do not change sheets. At night I found out that the sheets are dirty, the egyption guy ( who was there at midnight) refused to change and hus execuse that it is midnight. However; he did it at the end.

their front staff hospitality and the restaurant.

Cleaning is the worst. Bathroom is not clean especially the bain where I found small flies in addition floor and ceramic wall is not clean. the other thing on 16/7/2018, I closed my room and went to my meeting. When I returned back I found my room was opened without my permission, and I informed the hotel management and where no action regarding it. therefore for future I do not recommend this hotel.

Beds are comfy. Check in and check out are easy

Poor trained staff. They do not clean your room until you ask repeatedly. They do not replenish supplies until you repeatedly ask. There is no parking space you park along the road. In summer it is bad.

Excellent location, but facilities and management has degraded

Bad house keeping staff, front desk does not inform; just swipe the card without permission. Breakfast is below standards for tge amount charged! TV's don't work. Few electrical points are faulty.

Worst option to go with. I had to cancel my second night.

Everything. It has nothing right! The room was not clean, shower was not clean, the bed is like a rock, the room smelled like an ashtray and the child bed was broken from all sides!
